Using Kelsar's outsourcing services, I selected a service provider who specialized in creating application installation software. Since it was a simple turnkey project, I decided not to use the Kelsar ORM (Outsourcing Relationship Management). Not a good idea!

The fact is traditional project management practices have to be modified in order to managing a project where the developers and contractors are located in another city (or country).
