The real value of the Internet comes from business-to-business
transactions (B2B), buyer-vendor transactions that include e-procurement
with a fully integrated electronic supply chain from customer
to supplier. In fact, as e-procurement and supply chain software
continue to evolve, the relative value to companies of online
retailing will continue to shrink in relation to the enormous
cost savings and fundamental restructuring of companies that
will come about as a result of the evolution of web-based B2B
and business-to-admin (B2A) activity.
E-procurement becomes the catalyst that will allow companies to integrate supply
chain from end to end, from sales to supplier, from bidding
to negotiation, with shared pricing, product attributes, availability,
and performance data that will allow buyers and suppliers to
work to optimum and mutually beneficial prices and schedules.
According to current trend, e-procurement is the key to collaborative
commerce and long business relationships.
After extensive research in the e-procurement marketplace,
the Kelsar Development Center has started work on our integrated
e-procurement solution – E-commerce Procurement Management (EPM).
This product supports organizational purchasing and e-sourcing
activity and can be integrated to existing ERP systems.
The overview of features included in EPM are listed below:
Automation of the procurement process (Efficiency)
Replacement of human labor (Cost Savings)
Mediation between buyer and supplier
Intelligent support and facilitation

Buyer supplier collaboration
Currently we are seeking industry partners who would like to
